"Actually, I called TopNotch to get a second opinion on what options I had to fix my damaged sewer pipe. Had a camera inspection done with another company who said that I had root damage and part of my pipe had started to collapse, causing frequent backups. This company also stated that the only option I had was to replace the entire line with new pipes, digging up my yard, and maybe some of my driveway. I asked him about lining my sewer pipe, as I had researched this online. He stated I was not a good candidate for that procedure.

He showed me the inside of the new pipe and it was smooth and flawless. Roots and cracks no more."

He used his video camera to look at the pipe before and after the cleaning and made sure the root was all cleared. Their also checked if we had a dry-well in our property using their camera and cleaned two shower pipe for us. Went well. The service was performed as promised. The task was not routine, but was completed professionally and without any upcharges. We used an Angie list "deal" so the cost was favorable. Our main sewer line was not completely clogged, but appeared to be draining slowly. The line was filled with root hairs, and the problem was resolved. I hope we don't need this service again any time soon, but if necessary would definitely use Top Notch again."
